I too was brought into the whole scam for this $2500 credit card that was to be used to rebuild my credit. At the time of talking with the representative I was rather excited about this offer! There was a 299.00 fee and that was it.

He said his name was Rich Harris and the phone number was 1-800-513-8181. I called that number 5 times and no one knew anything. The number is a national teleservice company. Not for a credit card company!

They ask for your bank routing number and your account number. They even held withdrawing my money for 5 days. Now i did some research and relize it was a scam.

These people need to be put to justice and if anyone has a lawsuit filed let me know. There are already 113 people that filed a complaint, including myself. Let's get these people!

Is Nationwide the name of the telemarketing company?

There may be a Class Action Lawsuit filed, but the name of the company you were ripped off by is unclear. The name of the individual who scammed you will be of use to law enforcement. If you could specify the name of the specific corporation, a determination can be made about the existence of a Class Action Lawsuit. It sounds like a corporation, we've already heard of, but that cannot be told, unless you give this corporation's name. There are Class Action Lawsuits pending, in different parts of the country. Get back to us, with more specific information, if you can.
