Just got the car back after a long ordeal with the police because the driver hit my husband and drove away with him on top of the car for an entire block as he was trying to receive an extra $150 CASH upon delivery and threatened to steal our car if we didn't pay.
The glass on the lights are broken as well - however, the driver drives with a sheet that shows damage (that he "noted when picking up the vehicle"), so he's able to note the damage during the drive as he keeps it with him. I am 100% certain that this damage was not there prior.
In the end, iMovers contracts these drivers out - they are just contractors, so legally you need to take it up with iMovers - not the driver. Which adds a whole level of hassle after you get your vehicle back.
There are hidden fees, and the drivers are not friendly, nor careful with your vehicle.
The driver was also 2 days late picking up the vehicle (breach of contract) causing us to spend extra money that we didn't need to and arrange a new last-minute pick up plan.
