My wife and I ordered a Peace Lilly from a supposedly reputable flosist in Clarksville,TN. The plant was for a funeral the following day. When ordering my wife was told the plant was as large as the florist herself and was in full bloom. The item arrived and was no larger than two feet high with no blooming flowers at all or even buds for that matter.



When my wife and I were informed of the quality, or lack of, of the plant we immediately notified the florist and were told that no one there would have ever said that the plant was something that it wasn't. We were also told that we must have misunderstood the person taking the order because none of their Peace Lillys are over three feet or have begun to bloom and would not have been that much money if they were.



I then asked about the company's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and was told that the plant met the florists satisfaction and the only thing they could do was reposess the plant from the funeral home during the funeral then I could be issued a refund for the amount paid.After expressing the tackyness of that suggestion I told them to just leave the plant alone and my other family members attending the funeral, who knew what the plant was supposed to look like, could pass along the word of this companys complete lack of customer service skills and tendency to exxagerate their product. I have been in the cust. service industry my whole life and have never come across a group of employees as pompous and arrogant as the employees at this company.

After my initial report was written the florist in which the report was written about did in fact honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I was reimbursed the entire amout paid, including delivery, and the plant remained at the funeral home for the entire funeral and was taken home by the deceased's daughter. 

 I feel it is necessary to leave a rebbutal to my initial report because this was not what was originally agreed to by the florist and myself. Like I said before, I have been, and still am in the customer service industry and I truly respect a business who is willing to admit to their mistakes, which we all make, and make a mends for them.

I will tell my family, who lives in Clarksville Tennessee about this positive experience in which I've now had with their town florist and will retract any negative statements my family or I may have made. I, as well as my family, in fact will most likely use them again.
