I obtained an auto loan through Navy Federal Credit Union in Havelock, NC when I was stationed at Cherry Point.  Several years later I had to file Bankruptcy, but the car was not included in the Bk.  The credit union renegotiated the value of the car.  Everything seemed fine and great.  Later that year, 2004, I ended up trading the car in at a dealership which paid off the car. 



My auto loan with Navy Federal has been reflecting $0 balance and Charge Off since.  I have contacted Navy Federal many times since 2004 and they still have not updated my credit report.  I have disputed with the credit agencies and still nothing has been done!  I'm frustrated and do not know how to get this fixed.  Everytime I call Navy Federal and ask for the BK or Charge Off department I get a voice mail.  I leave a message and get no responce.

As of Feb 12th I still have not received a response to my 4 voice mails left!
