This company uses bribed contracts with county and state insitutions to aquire telephone service monopolies that charge extremely excessive financial rates per call to families of incarcerated persons. They have hidden connection fees of over 3.00 per any fund account reload whether it is 10 dollars or 50 dollars. They bribe jails/institutions with over 50% commissions and 25k grants under the guise of "security needs" and then financially rape people in already tough financial situations. They use the unfortunate circumstances of incarceration to strong arm families out of money they do not have.
