my cingular bill was 2,000. dollar dont ask me why i dont use my cell phone. any how,,, i let my cell phone be discounted 2000.00 is crazy money,, well they send me to collection my husband tells me there is no point in fighting a lost battle and this was affecting my credit, so,,,,, NCO Financial contacts me and want me to pay the full amonut no way do i just have that kind of money just sitting around the house, i told them i can pay one thousand on the first, the rest will have to be pay later,,, i gave them a check over the phone for one thousand dollars. well 20 days later they charged my account again for the rest of the balance. with out contacting me and with out my authority.

You should file a complaint with the PA Attorney Generals office, you can do it online. They will investigate the matter. Or, so they say anyway. Not sure what recourse you have with your bank and that sort of thing. Guess that's one way to pay off your debt, the collection agency steals it. After reading the many posts on here about NCOs tactics, don't be surprised if you hear from them again as they may soon forget that you paid them and want you to pay them again.

1. You NEVER NEVER NEVER give bottom feeders like this your checking account over the phone. 2. You should have told NCO to go pound sand and that you would deal with the Cingular directly. Mistakes happen... sorry..
