NDP Appliance Depot very Dishonest and irresponsible they don't honor their warranty San Bernardino California
I bought a stove from them about 2 months ago. first it took them a long time to come and hook it up due to various excuses. then about a week later when I wanted to use the oven I realized that it does not work. so since I had a 1 year warranty I called them up and asked them to come and fixed it. at first they said fine and we we would be there tomorrow, but they never showed up. then i called them again and they said they would be there the next day at 3pm, they never showed up again. this process continued for a week until they finally hung up the phone on me and completely ignored my phone calls. I am now going to take them to the court since I have a warranty from them. I found out later on that they have ripped off many people and they have a bad record with better business Bureau. it is believed that Imad Darwish is the culprit.
