NEOCC scammed me, lied to me. conned me and vanished NEW YORK NEW YORK
I bought a product from this company. They wanted their money "upront"......via iTUNES cards. I send them "exactly" the amount that they asked for, they got my money and vanisned. I e-mailed them numorous time. They wont respond. This company lied to me, conned me, stoled my money and scammed me.
