NeoFlix.com - magicrock.com Paid for PBS DVD... never showed, no reponse from customer support (supportQ?), or repeat phone calls. STAY AWAY! Irwindale, California
Went to PBS.com website... wanted to order a DVD of a video they played a few days ago. Link took me to NeoFlix which allowed me to select and complete an order for the DVD. Days go by, I received one confirmation email... but that's it. 5 days go by, I create support ticket in their CustomerQ support portal... nothing
Called MagicRock... who hosts NeoFlix... nothing
It's been 20 days and still no word from them. THANKFULLY!! I used paypal and I"m going through their simple process of getting my money back. What a waste of time and money! And now it's too late to use it for my english lesson. Stay AWAY!!!
