NeoTube tv is a total ripoff. Try and return your box and you are charged a 20% restocking fee. Manny the owner said it is plain as day on the site when you pay by Credit Card but it is nowhere to be found when checking out. You have to go to a small link at the bottom of the page and click on "terms of service". He returns phone calls days later and sends an email after the fact that he " recorded the call for training purposes". What a JOKE this guy is. I am reporting him to the Attorney General as it should be stated on his site right under the 30 day money back guarantee that it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

I called staten Island and talked with the guy....I got more than satisfactory service, I sent my original box to him beacause it didnt update like it should've. He took care of it and If you're not a di_k about it ( like I was
