I had Net Ten for like a year when suddenly I had a CC lost or stolen so it got replaced , I called Net Ten to enter the new card...That is when my troubles began. They enrolled me again in auto refill which gives you a discount to $45 ....First month ---end of month ----did not refill ---they shut phone off----I called them and they entered all the info again (this takes 15 min each time ) they said there will be no more problems ....Second Month.....same thing .......redid the whole procedure again ......third month ----at end of month---
I don't trust them so I call them day before auto refill is to go at midnight and check to see if everything is okay.....the guy tells me it is not on auto refill and I was very angry to say the least.....one month they left my husband with no active phone service in the middle of nowhere.......I was like listen every time I call you guys you say there is only one CC in the file and it is on auto refill but when you are suppossed to do it ---it never happens .....now mind you the month before the guy issues me a credit cause it was shut down for 2 days and promised me that would not happen again......
I said listen ---if I had not called you ---you guys were going to do the same thing to me again.for the 4th month....Does that not mean something to you? Do you not care about your customers? Anyway I went through two Supervisors and both of them said there was nothing they can do.......I told them they have the worst customer service I have ever seen and if I ever treated a customer like that when I was in Customer Service and I was the MGR I would of been fired.......
BOTTOM LINE ----NET TEN SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!! DO NOT USE THEM------I HOPE TO REACH AT LEAST 20 PEOPLE THAT WILL USE BOOST OR WALMARTS STRAIGHT TALK.(EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE).I use Boost with my phone and I am going to buy my husband another phone so he can use one of them also......When I didn't have prepaid I had ATT and they have excellent customer service ---if they did even the slightest thing wrong they would acknowledge it and credit you .....it is very obvious NET TEN DOES NOT CARE!!!!! DO NOT HONOR A COMPANY LIKE THAT BY USING THEM!!!!!
