I purchased NetDetective online with my credit card, shortly thereafter, also purchasing NetDetective Plus. The program is worthless, you can find info they offer by yourself.
I was double charged for each program. After 2 complaints requesting ALL my money back, I have received a $9.95 credit, with total NetDetective charges at 78.85. If I had been happy with program and properly charged, total should have been $38.95.
