Netdirect unable to contact company charged exorbitant prices to credit cards the website is not functioning & they won't return my calls Scottsdale Arizona
I was looking for a job via the internet. I was contacted by a smooth talking representative of this company, Direct track. This company is suppose to be selling locators for cars. I was dubious at first, but the salesman told me this was a new technology, and I would be getting in on the ground floor, and make a lot of money. So, he talked me into giving him my credit card numbers. This representative stayed in contact with me until after they charged my cards totaling over $13000. The initial cost was only suppose to be a few hundred. I tried to back out several times, but he convinced me I should stick for awhile.
I now cannot get in touch with the company, I always get a recording instructing me to leave a message and they would get back with me in a short while. I try to get to their "back office" via the net, and am not able to contact them either. The web site I was promised is not running, I checked, the web searches come up with zero. I want my credit cards uncharged by the company. I hope you can help me.

I pray that you have changed those credit card numbers, and all other accounts, by now, including Driver's License number. This is a twilight zonish marketing company, because when I sought out to study Google's cache, I could hear silence and lonely crickets. :) I found nothing significant. If they are an Internet Marketing Company, one might think they would make themselves available for prospective consumers. In addition, they should not want to manipulate and Edit Google's cache, to create ambiguity. They are a real marketing company. Their site is pretty well organized. I have also reveiwed a list of sites, which are created and marketed by their business entity. Those sites are too few to show any kind of success or productivity. If we want to be cynical, we could imagine those sites are just demos, completely fabricated. It does not matter now; unfortunatly, not when we consider, the massive amount of money taken from you. This is why I would still like to give you some background information, because you may need to place a lawsuit against them. If you did not place a lawsuit, I would be surprised if you did not, but this is entirely up to you. I have not tried any of this contact information. The Principal of Net Marketing is Mr. Paul Angel, Manager. Your 1-800 matches, however the addresses vary quit a bit. There business consist of Multi-level sales & plans. I realize you provided an address, still I would like to give you another one, because the information could benefit law enforcement or your legal representative. Address:: 4727 E. Really in your situation, a lawyer might be a more productive option, because of the amount of money being $13000 There still might be some support groups out there, but I am leaning in the direction of legal advice for resolution. Keep an eye on those Statue of Limitations, this is why I am wary of recommending consumer groups, because you risk losing valuable time, best spent in Court.
