Netspend / Meta Bank is a fraudulent company that steals from the poor. I have been charged twice on single transactions on several occasions and charged double or more for transaction fees. Customer service reps provide no awnsers to resolve the issues. They charge you to dispute any discrepancies and hold funds up to 2 months. They took $80 some odd dollars from my account during Christmas weekend for money I did not receive from two failed transactions at an atm.

The following weekend it happened again and I was left without gas money to get to work. Luckily I was able to borrow the money from somebody or I could have lost my job. Visa is the financial institution on the card. I suggest people call them with their complaints which I did so. This did not resolve the issue but if visa gets enough complaints about a fraudulent company their affiliated with then maybe Visa will sever any relationship to this crooked, bag of thieves.

customer service has no interest in the netspend card holder

If your company had any interest about me as a card holder then the funds removed from my account would have been returned when I spent countless hours on the phone with netspends customer service. i am not emailing my acct. info over the net. customer service should have handled it promptly. go to your facebook and see how many people have the same issue. Meta bank holds money on a mass scale which leads to mass interest. I will pursue a legal class action remedy for the doings of bank. I am sure there will be plenty of victim's like myself ready to sign on.
