The Nevada Corporate Headquarters has been the source for Nevada corporations, Nevada LLCs, asset protection strategies, business credit establishment and many other business/financial services. It also provides incorporation services, access to websites, and small business credit building.

According to Jessica Loggins, a representative of the company, all leads are generated online. Nevada Corporate Headquarters doesn’t do “cold calling” of any kind. Potential clients will indicate interest by responding to advertising or internet marketing. Nevada Corporate Headquarters will only contact someone if they have expressed an interest in and a desire to be contacted. After expressing interest in Nevada Corporate Headquarters products/services, either by calling the company or being called, Nevada Corporates staff will explain the company’s products and services and answer any and all questions that the person may have.



Nevada Corporate Headquarters then will have a corporate consultant speak with the customer. During this conversation the client will be assigned a customer service representative to walk the client through the rest of the process and verify all information, including invoicing. According to Ms. Loggins this is an important part of the process for the customer to ensure the client knows exactly what services are being provided. The staff will provide customers with information about the current pricing for incorporating business or looking for asset protection strategies.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. Customer Care & Complaint Resolution

Commonly, miscommunication is one of the major complaints Nevada Corporate Headquarters receives. In this instance the client would call in and leave a voicemail and never get a follow up call. Due to it being in a que where there was no one particularly assigned to a certain message the calls weren’t properly followed up on. In response Nevada Corporate Headquarters’ staff started a voicemail system that is routed through one individual, and then passed messages to the particular employee it pertains to. The customers were completely satisfied with the resolution, according to Ms. Loggins. Ms. Loggins also noted that since the installment of the customer service protocol there have been no such complaints since. After an issue is resolved, Nevada Corporate Headquarters has a “follow system” in place that ensures the customer is contacted after the issue is resolved to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters is registered under Commercial Registered Agent Certification, FICO Pro Certifications, and Certified Asset Protection. Nevada Corporate also offers CPA’s and an in house lawyer. Ms. Loggins wanted to relay the information that before a customer agrees to do business with the company the client in informed about what exactly their money down is going towards. Also, the client is informed up front about the finances needed to cover the plan set aside for that particular company. Nevada Corporate Headquarters believes most complaints have come from former employees. Lastly, the company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Ms. Loggins says that as a result of the complaints, the Nevada Corporate Headquarters has implemented several changes to help increase the quality of its customers’ experience. One of the changes being the voicemail system. This increase ensures messages left are being directed to the right employee. Ultimately resulting in answered calls, which before would go unanswered. time. Investors must be able to assume the risk of such price fluctuations.

Christie is a conman, Novack is a conman and narcotic pusher (I have picts Novack, candy store for you means a lot more than a sickers bar), Rowley is another conman and long time crook.

Youre right Marci on your post. I did a Google search In God's Name Awaken Cort Christie and got taken directly to page 16 on  google's books site. In it, Cort claims that he was somesort of special forces soldier. Does this make the most decorated hero of the special forces proud of his macho image Read back to page 15 to confirm that who is being talked about is Cort Christie.  Cort Macho?!? Jeees. Read on to pages 17 all the way to 20 to learn Corts connection to someone by the names of Green and Ekkers and He [Green] made two presentations in seminars that he ALSO had fronted over a millions dollars to Cort Christie (his man, he said) for the one which now comes under attack from him and by him. Holy molly. I also got a page from something called the conspiracyking site. The page that came up mentions the Ekkers and it has a mishmash of 9/11 truthers baloney. Cort is a conspiracy theorist and a 9/11 truther. Cort is a nutcase and should be placed in a quiet padded cell! Some highly sought after entrepreneur expert. Good grief what a nut. Cort is a walking nut job. You believe in UFOs, too Cort? He has to, because he and his friends belive in little green men by the the name of Hatonn.  Read page 17 carefully, especiallly toward the bottom of the page. Cort's integrity as you call it is just as much as a scam as Nevada Corporate Headquarters is. I worked for this scam for one month and had enough of NCH's ripoffs, dissatisfied clients who knew they had been ripped off. All I had to do was to participate in your "boot camp," just an opportunity for your victims to pay for to be upsold for additional services. Jees, what a ripoff. How do you sleep at night, Christie! We were told to get as much out of the customer as possible, to upsell as many services, even if the customer never needed or never used the services. Get the credit card number as soon as you can, we were lectured. What a ripoff! I can go through example after example of fraud. Services paid for by the customer and NEVER followed through on. Businesses that were in default with Nevada, even though the customer had paid for the service, upfront, and was expecting that everything was running smoothly. It wasn't. Customers who demanded refunds, well good luck, unless the victim screamed all the way to the top, which in NCH was Novack. You don't know how many complaints Novack took, and I heard some of them. NCH isn't about the service, it's about taking as much money from its customers as it can to return nothing. Disgusting! And plain old wrong. The corporate credit was as phony as the rest of the place. Get credit from an Office Store chain by charging all of the supplies with an average of 120 bucks per month. But, this is how credit product was sold, though. We can help you build millions in corporate credit fast and easy. Baloney. A phony product from a phony baloney company. And, the poor customers would get fast talked into this overpriced worthless service. When I was escorted out of the building by the man, Terrance Novack himself, he threatened that if I went public, my life would not be worth a plug nickel, so keep your trap shut, as he put it at the 1st floor elevator lobby of 101 Convention Center Drive, or else. How do you know that I didnt have a digital recorder in my pocket recording your threats. Novack. Well Novack, you dont, and I'm not silent and I'm not going to stay silent. Im going to scream to the heavens the baloney you people are up to each and every day. Im going to warn as many as I can through my new web site www.nchcheats.org Ive set up the horror stories from your cheated victims. Upsell, overpriced services, the lack of professionalism. The multi-thousand dollar overpriced rip off services. The sales room and the pitching to squeeze every last dime of what were they called, clients, customers? What a joke. Your death threat will not change a thing, Novack. You threatened my life, Novack, not the other way around. One of these days, and I really hope with my help, the Feds are going to wipe that smirk off your faces, Christie and Novack and you'll each be wearing an orange jumpsuit in some Fed Pen. What Patrick has told you here is only a small part of the story. He purchased a program that is set up to help ongoing businesses find funding. We do a funding analysis and recommend lenders based on the information that the owner reports to us. Patrick came to us and didn't know what his FICO score was so we sent him to a website maintained by Experian called freecreditreport.com. They showed his score at an acceptable level for lending so our consultant told him we thought the possibility of lending was very good. When he got to the lending source and applied with them, it turned out that his FICO was only in the mid 600's and there was some derogatory information contained on the report so our lender could not do anything to obtain funding without him raising the score. I personally offered to send him out to someone that we know does personal credit repair at no charge to him. He refused and got angry with us because freecreditreport.com was not accurate. Since we have nothing to do with that website and it is our understanding that it serves as a snapshot and is not necessarily what the lending world sees when they pull an actual report, we could only commiserate with his situation and then try to do what he paid us to do. . . recommend and help him get lending. We are obviously not con artists and I am the supervisor of this department. It is very important to me that we run this program with integrity and we are proud of our top notch service to our clients. When someone gets angry and refuses to accept the help we offer a business, that is their choice, but they should tell the whole truth when complaining to others. One final note, I never knew Cort Christie when he was with NADN but I know him well now. I have found him to be a great leader, considerate boss and he certainly is not running this business to rip people off. We represent thousands of clients as their resident agent and they purchase or renew our services every year. If we were con artists, that wouldn't happen year after year. We are in our twelfth year of business and our sister company is in her 18th year. The proof is in the age of our company and the people that work here.

Please report NCH to the Nevada Attorney General's office. If enough of their victims file a complaint then Ross Miller will investigate them, despite Derek G. Rowley's personal relationship with Nevada Attorney General Ross Miller. As you will unfortunately learn, NCH intimidates their former employees and clients who make trouble. Their clients are intimidated into fear of reporting NCH and their crimes. It will only be a week before NCH finds out who you are. Then they will make your life a living hell. Here's some facts about NCH: NCH pursues prior employees and prior clients who make trouble. I had wished you did not include your general location. Derek G. Rowley and Cort W. Christie are con artists, with long traditions of separating their victims from their cash. They know how to protect themselves. Cort W. Chrsitie was responsible for one of the largest scams in California through the founding of a cult called the Phoenix Project and Doris Ekker which sold Peruvian Gold Bearer bonds to the unsuspecting victims, bonds which were fraudulent and a scam. It is said that the murder of Durham's husband was initiaited by this cult. California shut down this cult, which was hoarding weapons of mass destruction, such as explosives, fully automatic weapons and the like. This was Cort Christie's first scam, a vet dangerous and Jim Jones like cult. Christie is a very dangerous man and a psychopath who should not be messed around with. NCH is Cort Christies second scam. His third was the National Audit Defense, Network which cheated its victims out of hundreds of millions of dollars. There's an online books which is authored by a Hatonn. In it, Christie is mentioned numerous times cheating his victims out of these millions which he channeled through Nevada corporations to his own bank account tax free. Employees and business partners such as Robert Bennington wound up dead. Cort Christie's two other business partners are no better. The most pernicious is Derek G. Rowley, who founded Corporate Service Center, another scam. He's no better than his partner. He's just as a big of crook as Cort Christie. As soon as the threatening and harassing phone calls come, find some protection. Next, you will be visited by Christie's and Rowley's clowns who will physically threaten you and make your life a hell, Your property will be damages, you will find your house broken into, etc. They will harass you into fear. Please Mr. Ross Miller, investigate Cort Christie and Derek Rowley.
