I recently went to New Deal used cars to get a vehicle I ahd been sent there by a gentlmen who said he had great confidence in them. Wheh I arrived the dealer who was helping me was stopped by his superior and told that he would finish it from here. the dealer looked confused but agreed.

The superior dealer asked what I was looking for and I explained I needed a car that got good gas mileage.

He then asked how much I could put down I told him $900 max.

He then began showing me cars.

I looked a couple and told him they weren't what I was exactly looking for.

The dealer then proceeded to tell me that sometimes we have to settle. I am 19 years old and female. He was trying to get me to by a car that looked like my grandparents.

I then asked to see other cars. he showed me a couple and I finally settled on a 1993 subaru impreza.

We then headed inside to make the deal. once in side he began sating how much everything was to cost. and in the conclusion it was going to be $7,000 with out what I was going to put down. I then gave him the nine hundred and he aked when I was going to bring the rest of the down payment in.

I told him this was all and he said that he never would have let me look at the car if he knew he was only getting a down payment of $900 dollars he then stated that he would set up payment dates for the next month of 6 hundred dollars every two weeks until the down payment was made.

I explained to him that I had stated formt he beginning that I would do $900 max.

he then said that it waqs okay becuase they would make the next payments start coming out of what I owe on the car. ($7000)

I was in desperate need of a car and so I jsut decided to go along with it.

I then wrote a postdated check for 3 hundred dollars for two weeks later, and gave him the nine hundred dollars.

I then received the car. while all of this my boyfriend at the time was sitting with me. and heard eveything.

well week the check was suppose to go through it never did and the week after it didn't and then the next week I sent them another check and then the dealer asked for a blank one to keep for their records.

I gave him the check. I waited for the checks to go through and nothing happened.

I finally went in and talked to the company about it and they stated that they couldn't find the checks and therefore I didn't need to worry about it.

three days later a serious emergency came up and I had to use the money.

two weeks later the checks both went through.

I called asking what had happened they stated that they had found the checks and had sent them through!

I then told them that there wasn't any money for them in there and that I had been told not to worry about the checks.

The lady responded that was not her fault and if I couldn't make the 600 plus 260 car pyaments with in the week I would have me car repossed so I turned the car back into them.

I asked what the consequences of this were and the lady responded none whatsoever because it was a volunteer thing.

a month later I received letter stating that I owed 4200 dollars on the cars and that it had been recently purches for 2800!!

i sent a response stating that I wanted evidence on why this car was to be sold to me for 7000 and they had just sold it for 2800?

I received no response. three months later I tried to go get a car from another company and to my shock and amazement there was a bad credit marking against me for a UNvolunteerily repossed car!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM!!
