New Frontier Capital or New Frontier Capital mails letters to homeowners stating that their home has a Notice of Default on it and they will purchase the property at a discount before you are foreclosed on. The company targets homeowners and tells them they are about to lose their homes, but you are not even in default. They are capitalizing on the fear of foreclosure.
