I admitted to having no intention of sending your order? This woman is a complete liar. She received her 84.00 check OVER 2 years ago and still continues to harass me. She has stalked my private and personal life for over 2 years even after getting her refund. I am so glad I never came across a customer like this in all these years as she is the craziest person I ever dealt with. She called my neighbors, and wrote to people on Facebook with a similar name to mine. She posted my private home address on the internet and I can list a ton more, and now she's telling lies.
Again this woman received a complete refund over 2 years ago. It's time to move on Ashley, and maybe find something else to obsess over other than a cookie mishap in 2009.

I spoke to the owner of this company and she admitted that she had cashed my check and had no intention of sending the order. I had to track her down to get my money back. So, she did not voluntarily issue a refund, nor did she have a contact number until I posted this claim on Ripoffreport.com. Order at your own risk!!

Obviously we do not rip off anyone intentionally. If a product is not delivered on time due to Post Office problems, even though we are not responsible we usually provide a refund anyway! Calling us a scam is absurd and ridiculous and was a complete overreaction by a customer. Customer was issued a full refund even though issue wasn't our fault. Please call if this false report/claim that we are a scam concerns you at (718) 984-1848. New York Chocolates is a ligitimate company with a great reputation other than this report which was filed due to an unfortunate situation. Thank you, Natalie Pellegrino
