I purchased a 2000 Ford Windstar spring of 2001.

Approximately 1 yr later the transmission went out on vehicle, it cost me 2200.00 for repairs & another 173.00 for storage fees until i could get the money to pay for repairs, making grand total of 2373.00 to get car out of transmission shop.

When transmission was in for repair, I discovered vehicle did not have original factory transmission, a sticker on previous transmission stated it had been replaced.

I was not told this at time of purchase, also was told this was a demo car & did a search on car fax with the vin number & discovered it had been a rental car.

This company sold vehicle to me with existing new warranty. I owe a 20.000 balance on this vehicle.

i contacted the dealership & inquired about repairs on vehicle there, they refused. I requested they pay for repair bill, again refused.

Also requested they swap out the vehicle for another vehicle being they didnot inform me of the vehicle,s former transmission problems.

They have been totally cooperative!! i,m stuck with a 454.00 pymt & 20.000 balance on a vehicle thats had major problems prior to purchase agreement!!

This company has been very dishonest & deceptive. I demand they make it right with me!! re-imburse me for repairs!!! & swap out vehicle for another vehicle % take care of any upside down fees!!

I,m a ripped off consumer!! They advertise excellent customer service!! another lie!! false advertising!!

WARNING do-not purchase vehicles from this dealership!!! Dishonest & deceptive!

I had to respond to your letter. First I am tired of ILLITERATE people like yourself complaining here. How can I tell you are illiterate, READ YOUR REPORT. But then again, that's how we make our money...we depend on morons like you. Secondly, YOU AGREED to the contract with this company, WHY should we do what you asked for? If you can prove FRAUD about the difference between DEMO & RENTAL car, you may have a complaint. But both are considered HIGH MILEAGE. Just because you had the unfortunate luck to have a transmission go out on you is not our fault or problem. That is just part of life. We specially ensure they will last just past the warranty. People like you need to get a REALITY CHECK and start learning to take care of your problems without being a baby & having to have someone give you a bunch of charity - we need your money.
