i went to buy 2 brand new vehicles ( CUBE )
at this dealer and after 2 hours we discover one of the cars is a defective product,
(3 doors )...........
i went right back i ask them to exchange the vehicle and they refused ,
not only that but the manager kenny franks treated like dirt ...
telling me that i could not exchange the car i just purchased.
he proceed to tell me to do whatever i wanted with the car that the only thing that they could do is fix it;
Watch out!
but the whole purpose of Buying i new car is so you don't have any trouble with it
" N E W MEANS NEW NOT USED OR BROKE OR DEFECTIVE IT MEANS N E W.
so i want a car that is not defective...
my time is valuable and can't be wasted at the service center
so i returned the car
but mostly is because of the way i was treated ,
this people are just preying at you and when they finish squezzing you they kick you in the *ss.
that is not right ........
there is no customer service at all ........the worse
i Want to share with customers my bad experience and to advise them not to purchase from Baker Jackson nissan and in general from nissan they re deffective i own 3
am going to to expose this people!

Finally After Reporting them and coplainting everywhere ,to the owner and after complaining to the Nissan Usa And some others
they called me to offer me another car...
but they still act like they are doing you a big favor.
yes they wanted me to go back and take another Car.
