NorthAm Loans contacted me via telephone after I replied to an e-mail from their company. I subsequently gave them a substantial amount of money to set up web site and possibility to earn $$$ Phoenix Arizona
After speaking with a representative from NorthAm Loans, he convinced me to forward either $4500 or $9000 made payable to NorthAm Loans. This sum would cause my name to be included in hundreds of websites throughout the country. An additional sum of money was needed to cover my website, and a monthly fee for maintenance of same.
The representative pressured me into a timeframe, stating that the price would go up the following week.
After the Company received my money, I never received a call from Bob (their agent) again. He was to get back to me to help me set up all the necessary information needed to get into the business of mortgage lending.
This offer sounded exceptionally great to me as I had been a realtor and mortgage loan officer in the past, and know many individuals in these respective fields.
I contacted a person in customer service who probably funnels all their hate calls. He seemed polite and stated that Bob or someone else would be in contact with me. The representative sent me approximately 100 documents via e-mail which were to be a marketing tool. However, I had no clue as to how to use them. This was the only help I ever received and it was just to throw me off the path temporarily.
When looking up their website today (Fri 12/28) it appears that the Company doesn't have the websites it originally had. Perhaps they blew town.
One interesting detail--the check was made out to NorthAmLoans, but the endorsement was for an LLC in Chandler AZ
