Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good?
Northern Leasing Systems, Merchant Services dishonest, immoral, predatory, opportunistic, unethical business practices, embezzlement, unmitigated harassment, New York New York
I am not sure how to condense all the details of my complaint without it being incredibly verbose so I am writing this in the form of a warning, hopefully you will get the gist of what happened to me!
Do not expect fair and ethical treatment from Northern Leasing Systems (NLS)!! New businesses/start-ups beware!!! They will take advantage of your excitement to get your business going! Be very careful of the subcontractors that try to sell you a lease with NLS - (in my case, Merchant Services, Lakewood, Colorado). One thing in the BBB report I read (after the fact) that is completely true..."no one in their right minds should sign a lease from NLS)
However, do expect; deceit, embezzlement, unethical business practices, and unmitigated harassment if you should try and stand up to them.
I don't know if they hand-pick them to meet the following criteria or they train them to do so but, expect their subcontractors/agents (whatever it is THEY want to call them) to:
1) Blow sunshine up your bum (lie proficiently);
2) Pressure you into signing the lease quickly to get the best deal;
3) Purposely not show you the lease in it's entirety because they know that if you read it you would never sign it;
And; Expect NLS and/or their subcontractor/agent to harass, threaten, and insult you after you figure out that you have been duped and try to do something about it;
Expect to have money taken out of your bank account before an explanation for the withdrawel is given;
Be aware that doing business with NLS will cost you far more than the amount you were told and the amount you agree to!
If you happen to fall into the NLS trap I hope you have a good litigator. I don't and will probably lose my business because of it!
If more details are needed, I have copies of; the notes from my intial sales meeting with John Gasca (Merchant Services); every letter written to, and received from NLS with the dates and times they were written/received; my phone message mail box is full of messages from both NLS and Dean Clark (Merchant Services) - I welcome input and or questions from anyone concerning this matter!
