I ordered a North Face Jacket size Large from this comapny and they sent a size XXL, when I emailed them to tell them it became apparant that they were based in China. They admited it was their mistake after I sent a photo showing that it was the wrong size, although they told me due to shipping costs I should sell in myself. When I said that I wanted a refund they said that I would have to pay 20 shipping costs, 10 handling fee and 15% re stocking fee-the jacket was originally 70. When I said I wasn't happy with that they stopped replying to me emails and cut off contact.
I would not want anyone else to get ripped off this way so avoid www.northfacesaleoutlet.com!!!!!!!!!!
