Replacement and clean-out of terminate infestation.

Northwest Exterminating:

While I was away on business travel, Northwest entered my yard unlawfully and removed my bait stations which was "sneaky and underhanded" for any company to do!

Northwest Exterminating is nothing but a big "Rip-Off" to use for Pest Control.

While signing a very expensive contract for over-priced bait stations and service from Northwest Exterminating company, I found them to be a Rip-Off! Having the contract for more than 3 years the terminates only got worse. The infestation began with one window when initially hiring Northwest to monitor and solve the terminate problem. However, the terminates commenced to eat through two adjacent windows. I later had to hire someone to replace, all outside wood along with removing inside trim and paneling to remove terminate invasion and destruction that occurred during and after Northwest pest control service

I informed Northwest of this issue but they were not concerned that I continued to have terminate problems even with a contract with them and that the infestation costs me additional funds for replacement wood and labor for all three windows. The clean-up of the terminate destruction especially on the inside of those windows was ridiculous and time consuming as well. They never ask if they could compensate me in some way. Many times this is all the customer's need, but businesses still do not recognize this important business strategy.

In addition, while away on many-many business trips the secretary would call me during work hours which I had ask her many times—not do because of work prohibiting personal phone calls. However, she called me anyway. Therefore, the last time she called me at work as previously mention, I yelled at her and told her to NEVER call me again at work. She then sent someone to my house on August 2015, knowing I would not be home. They entered my property unlawfully to remove the bait stations which left my house unprotected against terminates for another 2 weeks until I returned home from my trip. Plus, another 2 weeks to have everything replaced by another company. I now own my bait stations, and they are a much better caliber of stations.

I was so angry at the sneaky and underhanded actions of Northwest, and thought seriously about suing them as I could prove my claims with notes and photos. Instead, I realized that if more customers would post their complaints, Northwest would hopefully go out of bussinees which will hurt them where it really counts—in the pocketbook.

Please customers… NEVER use Northwest for any pest control problems at your home as you will be left high-and-dry both without protection and further in debt.
