Mark: In your posting, you state that your bill showed an increase from $91 to $235 but was that the total cost of your bill? Most likely, that increase was only a portion of your bill for one aspect of the Solution. (It's important for readers to note that customers receive free and unlimited Internet, in-bound, outbound, cellular and 800 calling, top-notch security coverage and a number of productivity-enhancing features with the MATRIX Solution.) It would have been helpful to reveal your expenses before Norvergence qualified you for the Solution for all your readers know you could have spent $5,000 a month in long distance alone! I encourage you to refer to the Terms and Conditions section of your agreement. There is no slick wording there Ts&Cs establish the terms and the conditions under which the agreement is enforceable. Stated in the Ts&Cs is a section relating to the possibility that your costs may increase from the original quote. However, I doubt you'll find a more cost-effective solution on the market. A 200% rate increase is probably not an accurate description of what you really experienced and I hope the people that read that posting are not dissuaded by the shock value of such a headline.
