By the anger in your short, but to the point report, I can't help but think you have a personal issue with NCL. That being said, I have to agree with you. I once cruised NCL regulary. I loved the old "ward" ships. (ie Skyward, Seaward, etc...) But then they went to that aweful Freestyle cruising and everything fell apart, especially the on-board service. Recently, I was talked into cruising on the Pride of Hawaii with some family. I reluctently agreed. At first, I was impressed. The ship looked very nice. However, I was quickly reminded of the sub-par service I remembered about NCL. Nothing has changed. And now NCL is definately a thing of the past for me.
