My wife and I flew down for a weekend Pastry course, after confirming class was to be held ( you cancelled class on us 3 times prior). We arrived for class and Denise told us class's was cancelled a 4th time. She told us we should submit receipts for 'everything' while we are in Orlando. We provided receipts for reimbursement and called for 5+ weeks. Denise told us check was being mailed on Nov 1.
We never got the check. And now Notter Pastry has not answered phones since Nov 15!!!
I read on Rip Off Report that the school has been closed due to a dispute between the owners. I am filing small claims suit for the money we've not been reimbursed for class cost, flights and hotel. If you want to resolve this amicably... Then call me at 410-xxx-xxxx (((REDACTED))).

Just wanted to tell bert, i am sorry he went thru this, wanted to clarify,this school was and is amazing,the chefs,and Chef Notter are not at fault to what the Greed and selfishness and irresponsibility of the managing co owner Beverly Kashner did...just wanted to clarify if in the near future Chef notter opene a school again,please do not hesitate to come back and take this very important and wonderful program,nowhere like it...As a Student i was very happy with the program,until beverly kashner decided to go Crazy..We all felt it, her office staff, director Ian gill,Denise hailey, all liars,and trained to be decietful, I know Chef Notter will be back,better and stronger..and hopefully ia can finish..:) i wish you the best bert.
