NSAPAY North Shore Agency Demanding monetary collection from magazines never received. Melville Internet
I signed up for 4 free issues of McCall's Quilting Magazine. I never received the magazines. I have now received a letter from North Shore Agency demanding a payment of $19.98 for magazines that I supposedly have.
I tried to contact them through the number on the letter. I was unable to speak to a human person and the only option they gave me was to enter my account number, then my credit card number to make the payment.
I did not give them my credit card number. The recording also stated that there would be a fee for making the payment over the phone.
I then went to their website to try to get a little further with a phone number. I could not find any "contact us" information. The only option there is on the website it to make a payment. Which will include a transaction fee, which is not disclosed.
I did not make the payment online either.
When you hear the recorded message on the phone, and when you read the instructions online for how to contact them, you are instructed to put your correspondence on the back of the bill and send it to the address.
I wrote a message on the back of the tear-off coupon and have the envelope addressed, but I do not know if I should go through with it.?
