I placed an order on nushopsolutions.com on August 4th, 2008 and today is September 4th, 2008. It has been a month and they have not shipped my order, they have not responded to a single one of my emails or phone calls, though they did charge my credit card for $83.60 immediately after I placed the order. The website claims to be a Yahoo Small Merchant website and I have contacted Yahoo small merchant services through their fraud department for assistance in this area, however I have received no response as of yet. I suggest that anyone else affected by nushopsolutions.com to fill out the abuse form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/abuse.html

So far, I have received good service. I just hope my current order continues to keep me optimistic. Alex, I hope someone is paying attention to the numerous {asitives responses. All it takes is a few customers to make or break a company's reputation. Make me a believer. I didn't find all the Pasivives posts until after I submitted my order, and I was very glad to read that there were so many! One year ago, Nushopsolution had a 95-98% satisfaction response. Today They have a 100% thats seems great for a company thats only been aroung for a year. Keep up the good work.
