I was offered a FREE sample of NuDerma in a promo on the internet. I carefully looked for any kind of hidden cost or obligation and found none, so I accepted the offer. When the first bottle arrived, I unpacked it and put in in my dresser drawer and forgot about it. When the second bottle arrived a month later, I did NOT open it but I checked my checking account and saw that I had been charged $89.15 for each bottle. I called the number from the web page twice and talked with customer service, but they say they cannot find my account with them by using my name, adress, email address, or the last 4 digits of my debit card. I refused to give the other numbers of the card when they asked for it!! They have had no problem charging my account twice and I have called my bank to cancel and further charges from them. However, I still would like to return the 2 bottles that I have received and would like my money back for both of them. Was not supposed to be charged for the 1st one anyway.
