I ordered NuDerma Skin Care for a 14 day trial as well as Vibrante Bright Skin as they were meant to be used together. I called the customer support phone number 1-877-817-5015 to cancel before the 14 days were up.and they still billed me on my credit card.I called my credit card company at Bank of America and gave them the confirmation number and I am waiting for BoA to take off the charges on my next statement.
This happened the end of November 2014 And today I received another skin care bottle from NuDerma with no paperwork or anything except the bottle. I will take a picture of the package with the words" Refused" on the front and I will send iit back. The only thing I will be left to do is cancel the credit card if this is not resolved by BoA or NuDerma skin care
Also tell the NuDerma skin care company that if they do not retract the charge that you will go on Facebook and expose them for their bad business practices.They do not like to hear this and it worked for me in another scam in the past. It is worth a try when all else fails. Lesson Do Not Buy on line with "Free Trial" offers. Use the Home (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((redacted))) instead.I use (((redacted))) for other purchases and they are reputable.
