Nuvell Credit Company LLC Nuvell Major Issues with Nu Memphis Tennessee
First and foremost, why hasn't Nuvell informed customers that they were closing??? I just read about that in previous posts that I read today??? That kind of explains some things to me.
DO NOT pay anything extra that they add on to your account. Be sure to read your contract thoroughly. If they are adding additional interests on to your account and it is not on your contract, make sure you contact an attorney immediately. That is what we have had to do, because there is NO getting through to the people you talk to on the phones.
We have spent countless hours trying to get answers about where an additional $4000 popped up onto the end of our loan and no one can tell us. They just tell us we have to pay it.
