NW Florida Outboard Macine Shop, Outboard Rebuilders by JT Innovations closed up business and our boat is missing Pensacola, moved to Miami Internet, Miami
Jim Sr. at Rebuilt outboard Motors at 721 W. Government St in Pensacola, Fl. rebuilt our 75HP engine. It was warrantied for 3 yrs. The motor blew up in less than two months. We took it back and he said he would rebuild it again. We stayed in touch on friendly terms for an entire year. Our boat sat outside for that long. Jim Sr. promised to make it good. He said he finally found one that would work and to call him back in a week. Upon making that call, his son answered and said his father had retired and he did not know anything about our boat. He was now the new owner and would have to speak with his father. We never got to speak with the father or son again as the phones were all disconnected and shop closed up. We have no idea where are boat or motor is. We intend to file a police report.
We went to the website the company had been using and it explains that they have moved to south florida. Upon calling that number the person said the were not the same company that we had been dealing with. My husband new this to be untrue. On the internet they are one in the same. Jim Sr. was from Miami and ran this business out of Pensacola. They just picked up and moved on without notifying us about our boat. We have been scammed and our boat stolen. My husband was patient and kind an entire year with these people. They made false promised for that year and then took off.

This sounds to familiar they are still doing bad business as usual and ripped me off this month for $4000 I have a tracking on their shipping info and will keep updating. I will track this scumbag till I find him I was wanting to take my family with a working engine for the weekend and I have no engine no return phone calls and no money they will pay or else wind up in jail. Do not use them or send any money or you will regret it. Someone needs to stop this Bonnie and Clyde duo from taking advantage of anyone else Has anyone gotten anything from a lawsuit?
