NWO Enterprises It's a FRAUD and a RIP OFF!! Phoenix Arizona
Tomorrow is suppose to be my first day at work with the company NWO. I am not going to show up tomorrow. I will tell you why....
They are a FRAUD and a rip off. They haven't done anything personally to me, but they gave me a bad vibe from the beginning. I responded to an add in the Arizona Republic for a manager position. They immediately scheduled me for an interview. I went in for my interview and my first impression was that the company wasn't very professional. First off they were conducting business by cell phones. They were no office phones. Second the music was so loud that I could barely hear. Third off the office was bare except a desk, coffee table and trashy chairs.
My interview lasted about 5 minutes. He then told me to call back in an hour and he would let me know whether I would get a second interview. When I called back, of course I received the interview.
I returned on Thursday for my second interview which ended up being a group conference. They went over the story of where the company has came from and all that B.S. They told us about the training and promised that we would make 30,000.00 a year salary for a manager position.
They told us that training would last 6-8 weeks and that we would be in charge of 12-15 individuals who would basically be selling rendition or generic perfume. I immediately was not interested. They then proceeded to tell us that the six weeks of training would be paid in cash (that way they leave no paper trail). They also said that as far as benefits go, you would have medical and simple dental. I got the impression, that our benefits would come out of the owners pocket if we ever received them. He also then proceeded to tell us that he was receiveing 10K for each of us that passed the 6-8 weeks of training. I found that a little funny!
They also went over the first few days, which would consist of learning marketing/sales pitches which were, FFAAR, direct and individual marketing. These seem to fall right into place with what others are reporting.
Like I said from the beginning, I had a bad feeling about this company. It was very unprofessional and very questionable. My doubts are what lead me here to this website. I am glad that I researched this company as I would have fell a victim to their game as others have.
This really is a fraud and a rip off people, please don't fall for it. I don't think quite as many people would have the basic same story if it wasn't true. Do not become a victim. If you have a similar story, please take the time to post. It is highly important, as if we didn't have this website, we would all be learning a hard lesson in life. Think about it!
I recently relocated here to the valley and i am simply looking for a good job with a good company. I'm glad I didn't fall for it, and was smart enough to do some research. Don't believe their B.S.
