NWP Services Corporation Over charge for Trash services at Amberwood Villas Apts., Hemet, CA & they charge a FEE for Billing residents! Irvine California
I have lived at Amberwood Villas apts since November 2012. At the time, all of us residents paid our rent, as usual, and had to pay Water/Trash/Sewer bill to NWP Services Corp. I did notice that they were always charging for Billing Services. Mine has been pretty study at $4.79 a month. As of June 2013, the apartment owners & NWP are on one bill now! I noticed that there is NOT one bit of information about NWP anymore: no phone number, no address, no website.
I complained to them a few months ago about the billing services fee & they don't care. It's bad enough that we have to pay for every single utility at this complex (electric, gas, water, trash, sewer), but having a company charge for billing services is a tad stupid!! Plus I found out that they bill the Trash portion according to how many square feet are in an apartment!! Now that is completely ridiculous!! It should be by how many people live in the unit, not how much space there is. What a dumb idea!!
