After many calls and about 3 hours on the phone I finaly got a human that was even helpfull. He was able to locate the information as to the company they were doing the billing for the "service" and a good contact #. I got through to them on the first try with only a 15 min wait. The company name is "Residental Voice Mail" and the supposed service they were providing was a 800 toll free #. After explaing to them that I did not want this service and never signed up for it they looked up my info and told me I signed up for it on the internet. I informed him that neither myself or my wife did so. He went through the account info and verrified Name, Address, phone #, email, mother's maided name and several other items. we found that the info he had on file was a cross between my wifes' and my info, and an email that matched nothing. He then agreed to cancel the account and apply a full refund back to our phone company with appologies. so at this point as long as the credit shows on our next statement... case closed
