Oasis Moving And Storage Excessive pricing, delayed shipment, damaged goods, lack of custmer service Las Vegas Nevada
Oasis is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They use a "bait and switch" pricing quote method. They quote a low price, then pick up your goods and take them to their depot, then tell you the price is much higher (more than double). Since they have your goods, there is little you can do.
They failed to meet their committed delivery date and then kept revising it causing us to repeatedly take time of work waiting for the shipment to be delivered. They hold your goods hostage and will not even begin unloading until you have paid (cash) in full. When you attempt to deal with their so called customer service department they can never seem to give you a straight answer or even tell you what is going on. They give you multiple excuses, which seem to differ based on the number of people you talk to.
In short, while we completely met all of our side of the contract obligations, Oasis did not meet theirs. nor seem to care that they didn't.
I will never use Oasis again and would strongly recommend that others don't as well.
