Ocean Shores Community Club How to ripoff your neighbors and get away with it. Ocean Shores, Washington
The Ocean Shores Community Club is nothing less than an extortion racket. A lot of properties are "club properties" and the club forces people to pay and be in the club whether they want to or not. If you don't pay your due, they take your home or property. (Think this is not possible? Tell that to the over 200 property owners who found out otherwise.) If you try to change the rules, they sue you. I know, it happened to my wife and me.
The club is nothing more than "legal extortion" since, even though you have the right to change, they won't let you. Anyone who opposes their scheme gets sued by the scheming lawyer that set the fiasco up in the first place. You can find more information at (((link redacted))). BUY BEWARE!
