Octavia McFadden is a rent hopper. She moved from Zephyer, Castillon, to my place in Northcrest Drive, and she started to have a difficulty back in March but she finally recieved her eviction notice. She still owes me $1575.50 to include last month payment due $453.00. She has no remorse, when I asked her to pay, she threatened me to file harrassment charges. I am surprised that she has an audacity to mention such a claim. She is a government worker and gets paid twice a week, there is no reason she cannot pay. I just want my money back.
