I may have a possible solution to the insurance problem you are having. Do you have a scanner? If so, scan the document you have, log on to the Ocwen web site, go to customer service, send an email with the insurance document you have scanned, and send it as an attachment. Ask for some one to email you back. Then you will have the proof you need to prove to them that they have indeed received your proof of insurance. All I can say, is it has worked for me!! I have had the same problem. Now, don't forget to PRINT the response you get back from them so you will have it for your records. Last thing, in order to access their web site, you have to be current on your loan. Good luck!
