Im im disbelief, I found out that Im not the only one having trouble with my mortgage through Ocwen. I had originally taken a loan though New Century Mortgage. They only kept that account for a few months and then it was sold, without my knowledge, to Ocwen. I never recieved my first bill from Ocwen, and have been behind ever since. I have called repeatedly, only reaching voice mail boxes. I have not yet once spoke to anyone directly. I have left many messages stating that I have money to pay, still no response. I just found out that my home was in forclosure from a laywer that sent me the add that was in the newspaper, stating he could help me throught bankruptcy. My mortgage has gone up due to the $90.00 late fee every month. I was told it was that expensive for their laywers to print up a statement stating I was behind. They never sent me any notification about my home being in forclosure. Im not sure what to do.
