Hi yeah so I received a certificate from Odenza Marketing Group in April 2007 and since that time I have tried 1 location and sent my $50US to them, almost 2months goes by and finally they email me saying that they have no more vacancies opne for that spot and time

I tell them that I will have to arrange another spot and time at a later date b/c that simply did not work for us even though we registered 4 months in advance from the date we were wanting to use the certificate on

Odenza refunded our $50 back and since then we have decided on another place and date. We simply emailed Odenza to get another registration form as we had already sent ours to try a previous place/date but did not use the certificate

Odenza is now telling us that we already got our $50US refunded and are no longer registered with them... What the heck does that mean...who are we registered with then...we are very insulted and can't get a hold of anyone to register and not sure what to do at this point..help we are researching other ways of trying to get a hold of Odenza but office hours are making this whole thing drag when we are needing to Use the Certificate Jan 09 as that is the only time that we can use it this year with weddings/other events going on
