Complaint Review: Official Tv Online - Online Order - Internet

I ran into the same problem with this company on the same product. However, I did contact them, and did get an email response from them stating that they were backordered on the product which comes from Japan. However, I also found out that they do not stock any product themselves. They are "dropshippers". It has been more than 2 months since I ordered my product, and still have not recieved it. However, They charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed, which is wrong as you only have 6o days from the date of the statement that shows the charge to do a dispute. A credit card should be charged only when an order is being shipped. I will never order from these people again, and suggest anyone reading this do the same. Here is the email I recieved from them: Dear valued customer, "Currently we receive our Detoxification pads from Japan. These pads are used in Japanese holistic medicine. We do this to ensure our customers purchase legitimate, and 100% authentic merchandise. Due to us importing the detoxification pads from Japan, processing the orders, and shipping the merchandise has taken longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank You. Official TV Online". Here is the email address it came from: [email protected] The billing info from my credit card statement is: "Official T.V. Online" - (845) 661-4231 NY **NOTE: The number above is discontinued, and you are referred to the email address above as a sole point of contact. I suggest you dispute the charge immediately on your credit card!! I will dig more information on them. I think I will sue them over the $25.94 they ripped me off for just so they have to pay my legal fees and court costs, as well as their own! >>> Report: Official Tv Online - Online Order Company does not exist.
