 On July31st I decided to buy another order of wrinkless cream. I called the sales associate to put in my order.I told him what I wanted to buy and that I did not want their auto-pay option. This young man began a very aggressive sales pitch with me and I continued to tell him I was not interested in any other products. After about 10 minutes of this I asked to speak to a supervisor, Dylan came back on the phone and told me the supervisor said he could handle what ever my needs were. I became angry and again told Dylan that I wanted to cancel my order and to put the supervisor on. The Supervisor who's name is Trent again refused to take my call. I was put on hold again,we were cut off and I had to call back. This time I got another sales associate by the name of Cory and he was able to get Trent to the phone. At this point I am extemely angry; I told him how unprofessional he was and how unbelievably aggressive their sales tactics were and that he had lost me as a customer because of it. I then tried to cancel my order which of course he couldn't do. I then proceeded to so some investigating (which I should have done before I bought this product) This companies origins are from India. It is a limited liability Corporation. Very fractured in their structure. The sales office is in New York all sales associates are on a commission base only and are told to be aggressive. The Customer Service Dept. is in Maine and there is very little they can do for you including canceling your order. In fact the Customer Service person I spoke with could not help me at all. I then called Corporate and got hold of a man named Pat( that is what he said his name was) I explained the situation to him and expressed my unhappiness with his Company. He told me he would give me a credit Just like that!! I was so happy that the order was being canceled and that I would be credited I didn't ask for a confirmation number Duh!!! As it turns out I not only got charged for the produc..t I didn't get a credit. At this point I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company. This is not a company you can trust, They have an F rating with the BBB; horrible customer service which is powerless to help you with anything and even going to Corporate will not help you. This Company should be shut down!!! I can't imagine how many people have gotten ripped off. At this point I have no idea if they have put me on a auto-pay that I did not want. They only seem interested in taking your money. As far as the product, it is OK I liked the smell but it doesn't magically erase wrinkles.I am going to return the product if and when it comes in and from what I have read from the BBB reports it could take a long time to get your money back. Worst experience I have ever had!
