Old School Title Escrow Company Marc Karyo BEWARE, Not returning deposit money after escrow was cancelled Cleveland, Ohio
Everyone BEWARE of Old school Title, Marc Karyo the "escrow officer" and his associates! He has defrauded me of a large amount of money for an EMD I put down on a house. Escrow was cancelled and he has not paid me back. He makes up excuses and doesn't return emails or calls. I researched his company in Ohio and their escrow license is revoked!! Do not do business with him! I am gathering my attorneys to go after this guy and his company, if anyone else out there has the same problem, please try reaching me through here so we can do a class action suit! **Message for Marc Karyo: This message will stay up until I get paid!

The Department of Insurance of your State regulates title insurance companies. Find out what to do right away. Don't wait.
Also, I hope you do have an attorney, you may need to go after the principals personally to obtain your funds. A class action suit is not necessary if you lost EMD funds. Looking for others that have also lost their EMD is a waste of time, you have damages already if your funds were not refunded in accordance with your escrow agreement. Find a good attorney. If he mentions 'class action' walk away and find a better one that will represent you individually.
