Oleg Shchegolev, Joker.com, Siegfried Langenbach On Behalf Of [email protected] Obtained our old domain name and put pornography on it to get money out of us Sankt-Peterburg, Russia
Oleg Schegolev obtained our discontinued domain name from joker.com and is trying to get money out of us by putting hardcore pornography on it. Our site has been hijacked by a Russian porn outfit.
We are an architectural firm that designs churches and they are destroying our good name. They also used the links from our present site to setup search engines to link to church projects we have work with before. They are infringing on the common-law trademark rights.
So be forewarned when doing business with joker.com or this Oleg Schegolev guy if this is his real name.

Let's see, they LEGALLY obtained the DOMAIN NAME after you let it expire. So you had no rights to it. Then they decide the put up a "HARDCORE PORN SITE" which is quite LEGAL and you just dont like it cause you used to own the DOMAIN NAME. Key words there being "USED TO". You need to realize that you only have rights to a DOMAIN NAME as long as you pay for registration of it. And JOKER.COM I believe is one of many DOMAIN REGISTARS that register domain names LEGALLY. You need to quit your whining and get on with your life. If you wanted to protect the DOMAIN NAME you should have paid to keep it registered even if you had no website or anything........Sounds like this other person is just a PORN MERCHANT out to make a few dollars. NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT !!!!!!!!!
