on line city tickets They sold me 2 tickets to an Amos Lee concert at Red Rocks for $164.00. I printed out the tickets at home and when they were presented at the entrance to Red Rocks I was informed that the tickets were not valid. I had to purchase two new tickets. For two legitimate tickets bought at the Red Rocks box office, the price was $101.50. Internet
On June 28, 2017 I bought tickets on-line for an Amos Lee concert at Red Rocks for a show on Sunday July 16, 2017. I paid $164.00 for two tickets. When trying to enter Red Rocks for the concert with my tickets purchased from On-line city tickets I was told that the tickets were not valid and that the event code was not legitimate. I had to purchase two legitimate tickets for $101.50 to be able to attend the concert. I called the bank so that they could file a dispute. Also my debit card had to be cancelled. A 1-800 number was listed but it requires that you put in an order number or your phone number. Once you do that, a recording tells you that: "This order is for an event that has already passed "and you are subsequently disconnected.
