This company is a scam it is based off of greed, corruption and extortion. It is just like MYlife.com (AKA Reunion.com). The goal is to take your name post it on the website with false information on it or misleading personal information exposed then get it high on search results so you can try to opt out. In order for you to opt-out you must pay, every out out or removal is a dead end you end up having to provide more information so you can join as a member and agree to the crooked terms. The phone number- no one answers they say leave your info and well call you back. They want you to provide info so they can have info to place on their page. The support online chat- no one is actually on it they immediately have pop ups that ask for removal. It asks you to provide an email but does not process through.
