I had to book an expensive, last-minute flight from Europe to Chile which cost around $2400. After booking it on onetravel.com, the airline emailed me saying the booking could not be confirmed, even though OneTravel claimed otherwise. Now OneTravel is still charging me the money for this ticket that never existed! Their customer service is extremely poor -- I had to wait in line forever until I could talk to one of their representatives, who refused to acknowledge that there had been a problem with my booking. I finally was able to talk to his supervisor who said he would investigate into this, but it's been two weeks and he still hasn't been able to solve the problem. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my money back...
