Online Detective I ordered a marriage/divorce background check paid 19.95 thru paypal and never recieved anything! My question is am I safe with using pay pal for payment. Paypal should keep me safe from them getting paid for report I never got 19.95 phoenix, Arizona

I wanted a record of someone I knows marriage/divorce history. I went to OnlineDetectives and purchased for 19.95 what I was made to believe records that would be emailed to my email account. I never did recieve email from them so I went back on thier site and went to "contact us". I then sent a email letting them know that I was upset at the fact I didnt recieve my information I paid for. They never responded. I paid with paypal so I feel like im safe from them getting my information in future and taking money off my card.
